Orphaned Account Checker reads a pasted account export and an optional staff list, labels only, places each account against a published dictionary of account types and system classes, and names findings with the clause text behind each. It is a reading of your export and a statement of the clauses. It does not connect to any directory, identity provider or cloud account, does not scan, does not test or use any credential, does not keep any value matching a recognised secret pattern, does not rate an account or a company, does not say that an account may be removed or switched off, and gives no legal or audit opinion. Your reviewers and account owners decide what happens to each account.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause text and evidence guidance set out are published by The Art of Service and may be used within your organisation for your own access reviews. They may not be resold or republished. The account type dictionary, the column names and the findings are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
